Grilled Squid Baby Greens Salad

One of our favorite meals is Grilled Squid over Toasted Ciabatta Bread and Baby Greens with Meyers Lemon Vinaigrette. This is a must dish if you love squid!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Meyers Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon crush red pepper flakes
  • 2 1/2 pounds Wild Caught Squid
  • Baby Greens

    Directions

    1. Separate Squid Tentacles from the main body
    2. Marinate Squid for 1/2 hour
    3. Skew Squid Tentacles
    4. Grill Squid for approximately 2-minutes
    5. Plate 2 slices of Toasted Ciabatta Bread per serving
    6. Drizzle Lemon Vinaigrette over bread
    7. Add Baby Greens
    8. Add Grilled Squid
    9. Drizzle more Lemon Vinaigrette
    10. Enjoy!
